Client : ECOPETROL's Exploration and Production Vice-presidency.
Scope: Owner’s Engineer services for projects related to the Vice-presidency’s investment portfolio.Services provided by VQ included project planning, implementation, coordination, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), project monitoring, administrative, technical and HSE support for the development of various production and processing facilities.The primary objective of the VQ´s assignment was to ensure that projects were completed in compliance with ECOPETROL quality standards and specifications as well as within the approved budgets and schedules.
Relevant projects follow:Chichimene Oil Field:- Facility upgrades to increase production from 45,000 BPD to 100,000 BPD.
- Infrastructure development for 31 new wells.
- 45 well workovers

- 6 pilot Injection wells.
