Scope: 

Owner’s Engineer services for projects related to the Vice-presidency’s investment portfolio.Services provided by VQ included project planning, implementation, coordination, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), project monitoring, administrative, technical and HSE support for the development of various production and processing facilities.

The primary objective of the VQ´s assignment was to ensure that projects were completed in compliance with ECOPETROL quality standards and specifications as well as within the approved budgets and schedules.
