Specialized management services for commissioning and quality assurance activities

Client:  GEOPARK

Scope: Design, implement, and provide GEOPARK with a management system for commissioning and quality assurance applicable to construction projects for production and surface facilities.

Specific Scope: 

• Technical Commissioning Management: For projects under execution, covering mechanical, process, electrical, instrumentation and control, civil, and other related and complementary disciplines.
• Quality Assurance Management and auditing of compliance with technical specifications for the execution of metal-mechanical construction contracts, both prior to the start of activities and throughout the provision of the SERVICES.
