Scope:

Project management and supervision services for the development of infrastructure projects, optimizations and project initiatives in accordance to corporative strategies for operational efficiency, sustainability and diversification.

Services required different project management strategies, as follows:

• Project management development focused on the PMI methodology: planning, programming, budgeting and execution phases’ control

• QA / QC Management: Establish quality management and monitoring guidelines and procedures to be implemented in the field, to ensure ODL’s standards.

• Leadership management during the construction: Coordinate technical and administrative activities for all construction and maintenance phases of the projects. It requires continuous coordination with contractors, specialists, supervisors and operations teams.
