Perenco

Perenco started operations in Colombia in 1993, when the company acquired assets in Los Llanos Basin. Eleven years later, the company’s presence increased with the acquisition of Petrobras Colombia (PEC).
In Colombia, the operated and undeveloped production of Perenco for 2019, has been estimated to exceed 21,000 BOEPD.

In 2014, Perenco acquired Petrobras’s Colombian assets, including its share in 11 onshore exploration and production blocks, as well as share in the Colombia and Alto Magdalena pipelines. In Tolima, the Guando field is one of the largest discoveries made in Colombia since 2004.
