Scope of work: Provide technical and administrative supervision services for the Construction of the Jerónimo Martins' ARA Distribution Center (CEDI).
Specific scope of work:
- Supervision of soil improvement through dynamic techniques and earthworks.
- Shelving assembly and protection monitoring and control.
- CEDI’s construction supervision up to the project’s delivery.
- Delivery of various operational systems along with the corresponding delivery records.
- Assembly of A-SAFE type shelving and protections’ monitoring and control
- Delivery of the CEDI Occupancy Certificate.
Project Location and Execution Timeline: Girardota – Antioquia - Colombia. 2024 – 2026.
