Scope: Provision of technical and administrative oversight services for the works associated with the restoration of the “Mesa de Yeguas” Reservoir, aimed at increasing water storage capacity and enhancing its use for nautical sports.

Specific Scope:

• Provision of autonomous and independent technical, administrative, and financial oversight services, supervising:
• The execution and compliance of the project’s contracts.
• Costs control activities.
• Monitoring of schedules for each activity or work front.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including industrial safety, waterbody.
• Management, and waste disposal.
• Recovery of 11 hectares of water surface area.
• Sediment removal
• Restoration of the reservoir’s water storage capacity
