Scope:  Independent Technical Supervision and preparation of the Technical Occupancy Compliance report for the AVIUM TUNJA STAGE 2 residential project. The project encompasses a 16-story building; piles and slab foundations; and two parking levels. The total area of ​​the project is 11,506 m2. VQ services provided in compliance with Law 1796 of July 13, 2016, Decree 945 of July 5, 2017 and Resolution 0017 of December 4, 2017.
