FINDETER is a development bank offering integral solutions to build sustainable territories through planning, structuring, financing and technical assistance for infrastructure projects improving Colombians quality of life.

It was created under Law 57 of 1989, Decree 4167 of 2011. It is a credit institution structured as a national joined capital corporation it operates under private regime regulations. Attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and supervised by the Financial Superintendency of Colombia.
