Scope of work: Comprehensive assurance of labor obligations in activities contracted by Ecopetrol and its corporate group.
Specific scope of work:
- Ensure compliance of labor obligations by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Integral Worker Support Attention Service (SIAT).
- Overall labor verification Service.
- Comprehensive technical labor management.
- Management of the Operational Role Matrix under the conventional agreement, progressions, and other labor guidelines.
- Integrated service delivery.
