- Participation in early project stages to ensure the implementation of construction best practices.
- Emphasis on quality assurance.
- Processes standardization.
- Ensure compliance with technical requirements and associated documentation at each construction phase.
- Information assurance management and security.
- Supervision of design and planning stages.
- Ongoing monitoring of progress, including technical, safety, and quality aspects.
