The project consists of 2,380 housing units of social interest.

Scope of Work: To ensure that the construction and building execution comply with designs, urban license, and applicable technical standards.

Main construction activities subject to Supervision:

• Access roads.
• Terraces.
• Aqueduct network.
• Sewage network.
• Electrical network.
• Natural gas network.

Main Supervision Objectives:

• Approval of quality control program for the foundation, structure, and non-structural elements of the building.
• Approval of the laboratory reports related to quality control tests on construction structural materials.
• Conduct the controls required by the NSR-10 Regulations for the structural materials used.
• Approval of construction procedures for the structure proposed by the responsible contractor.
• Ensuring the highest quality of the structure and non-structural elements of the building at all times.
