COMPENSAR is the second most important Compensation Fund in the country and operates in the city of Bogotá and the department of Cundinamarca. It has more than 10 offices in Bogotá and Cundinamarca, hotels in Nilo and Girardot, 167 agreements with the Ministry of Education associated with kindergartens and soup kitchens, and approximately 50 health service centers.
