Scope of work: Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for the construction of EDS TK06 and the execution of EDS Mine upgrades.
Specific scope of work:
- Review and verification of existing studies and designs (Blueprints, technical specifications, bill of quantities, equipment datasheets).
- Construction monitoring through site visits and quality inspections of materials used.
- Implement a quality control plan.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and technical standards.
- Participate in meetings with the contractor and internal stakeholders.
- Review Red-Line and As-Built documentation.
