Scope: 

VQ was retained to provide consulting services for the Caricare - Caño Limón pipeline construction. Services encompassed route selection, geomatics and site characterization. VQ also delivered the technical presentation to the Colombian Mines and Environment Ministries in support of the project regulatory approval process. VQ was subsequently retained to provide engineering consulting services during the pipeline construction phase.
