Client: A&I INSTELMEC
Scope of work: independent technical supervision services prior to the new building’s occupancy. Furnish the Technical Occupancy Certificate upon construction completion.
Specific scope of work:
- Approval of laboratories engaged to conduct quality control tests.
- Maintenance of a written log of all supervision activities.
- Commissioning of any studies necessary to assess the safety of affected parties.
- Recommend suspension of structural construction activities if safety is compromised.
- Scope includes both the building’s structural system and its non‑structural elements.
- Preparation of decennial insurance (ten‑year structural liability) reports.
