Consulting Services to support HSE Management Programs of ECOPETROL S.A. and its business group
Client:
ECOPETROL S.A.
Scope: Service provided based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) concept that aims to achieve continuous improvement of ECOPETROL`s HSE performance.
VQ managed all HSE aspects within ECOPETROL’s operational areas in accordance to ECOPETROL’s HSE Management Model.
Specific Scope:
Services includes, among others, the following key activities:
- Planning, coordination, assurance, follow-up and monitoring of HSE services and deliverables.
- Ensure implementation, monitoring and compliance with environmental requirements, management plans and performance programs.
- Analysis, implementation, verification and follow-up with respect to compliance with environmental requirements across the national territory.
- Environmental management associated with various disciplines (forestry, biology, geology, science, hydrology, among others) to meet environmental requirements, regulations or guidelines.
Services includes, among others, the following key activities:

- Ensure implementation, monitoring and compliance with environmental requirements, management plans and performance programs.
- Analysis, implementation, verification and follow-up with respect to compliance with environmental requirements across the national territory.

- Processing, consolidation, refinement and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from various disciplines, to establish/update the environmental baseline, diagnostics or characterization from projects’ area of influence.
- Identification, analysis, communication and implementation of environmental regulatory requirements as well as documenting and replying environmental requirements issued by regulators.
- Legal support regarding identification, analysis, communication and implementation of environmental regulatory requirements as well as documenting and replying environmental requirements issued by regulators.
- Integral risk management and control at both strategic and strategic levels.
- Implementation, follow-up and monitoring of HSE standards related to well drilling and completion activities.
