Client: COMPENSAR – CAJA DE COMPENSACIÓN FAMILIAR

Scope: VQ was retained to provide supervision and consulting services for the upgrading and maintenance of the Compensar’s offices across Colombia. Cajas de Compensación Familiar (Family Compensation Funds) are private, non-profit entities, of economic redistribution and solidarity nature, created to improve quality of life of Colombian workers’ families through management and delivery of subsidies and services, from social security contributions made by employers.
